    yes and you can even integrate web services into your site to provide your users with some zillow data. I used it to get some neighborhood profiles and get historical sales figures for making an offer on a house in a neighborhood.

    They don't have an estimate on the place I'm looking to sell, which is just as well. They wouldn't know about the problem with the foundation.

    Zillow's estimates are pretty notorious for being off the mark. I would expect the inaccuracy to be even greater during a downturn like the one we're experiencing now.
